At AARA Creations, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and often made to order. Because of the nature of our products, all purchases are considered final sale. We do not accept order cancellations, returns, or issue refunds once an order has been placed.
However, we understand that exceptional situations can happen, and we are happy to offer exchanges under limited circumstances outlined below.

Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged due to a craftsmanship or quality issue,
please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at admin@aaracreations.in.
To be eligible for an exchange:
● The item must be unused and unworn
● It must be returned in its original packaging
● Proof of damage may be requested
Please note:
● Customers are responsible for return shipping charges
● AARA Creations reserves the right to deny exchanges if the returned item is not in its original condition

Exchange Eligibility

Incorrect Size or Length

We understand that selecting the perfect chain length or fit online can sometimes be difficult.
Product photos and descriptions are provided to help guide your purchase, but if you accidentally order the wrong size or length, we may offer a one-time size exchange depending on product availability.

Color Exchange Requests

We work hard to display our jewelry colors as accurately as possible. However, if you receive your piece and would prefer a different color variation, we may allow a one-time exchange for the same design in another available color.
Availability may vary, so please reach out to us before sending any item back

Repair & Restringing Support

Our jewelry is handcrafted with care and designed for everyday elegance. While our pieces are delicate by nature, they should not break under normal wear.
If your jewelry experiences a manufacturing issue shortly after purchase, please email us with details and photos. Depending on the situation, we may offer:
● Repair services
● Replacement options
● Restringing services for applicable products
Please note that damage caused by rough handling, improper storage, water exposure, or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
● Change of mind
● Preference changes after delivery
● Ordering the wrong product
● Used or damaged items not caused by craftsmanship defects
● Customized or made-to-order pieces
