At AARA Creations, every order is carefully prepared and packed by us from our place in Coimbatore. Many of our jewelry pieces are handcrafted and made-to-order, which means processing times may vary depending on the item selected.

We kindly ask customers to review our fulfillment and shipping timelines before placing an order. 

If you need your order delivered by a particular date, please contact us at admin@aaracreations.in before or immediately after placing your order. We will always do our best to accommodate special delivery requests whenever possible.

We strongly recommend shipping orders to a secure and reliable address. Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, AARA Creations cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we are happy to assist customers in resolving delayed or
damaged shipment concerns with the carrier whenever possible.

All orders are handled with care and attention.
● Made-to-order items: Please allow 4–8 business days for production and dispatch.
● Ready-to-ship items: Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days.
Because many of our products are handcrafted specifically for each customer, fulfillment times may vary slightly during periods of high order volume.
During holidays, festive seasons, or major sales/promotions, processing and shipping times may require additional time.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.
International orders are typically shipped via India Post or other available international shipping partners. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

● Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance procedures in the destination country
● Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer
